Ministry seeks local applicants for Japanese graduate scholarships

The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training is seeking local candidates for a number of scholarships to study master’s courses in business administration and public administration/public policy in Japan next year.

The Japanese government will award successful candidates full tuition, return air tickets, and daily expenses.

Applicants, younger than the age of 40, must be working at government agencies with university degrees in good academic standing and at least three years of relevant professional experience.

All candidates are required to have good TOEFL scores, as their courses will be taught in English.

Lasting one year, courses are expected to begin in September 2013 for the business administration major, and October for public administration/public policy disciplines.

Applications in Vietnamese must be submitted online at http://tuyensinh.vied.vn/ and the Vietnam International Education Development at 21 Le Thanh Tong Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi by September 20.
