-- The Royal Canadian Navy’s multi-role patrol frigate HMCS Regina and supply ship Asterix arrived at Cam Ranh International Seaport in the south-central Vietnamese province of Khanh Hoa on Monday, beginning their four-day visit to Vietnam.

-- The Vietnam Fisheries Society has sent a document to the government office and relevant agencies to express their opposition after fishermen onboard a Vietnamese fishing boat were robbed by crew members of a Chinese ship near the Hoang Sa (Paracel) Archipelago on June 2.

-- The Vietnam Venture Summit 2019 was held in Hanoi on Monday, providing a platform for policy dialogue between the Vietnamese government and international venture funds.
