The remains of 23 victims arrived at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi early on Saturday
The 16 victims were then transported in ambulances to their homes in the north-central provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh
The man was arrested on a motorway in Beaconsfield, a town 40 kilometers west of London
The victims’ bodies should be repatriated by Saturday or Sunday, said Vietnamese Minister and Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung

A number of people had also been summoned for questioning in relation to the case
