-- Vietnamese Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan held talks with Deputy Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Thani in Doha on Sunday (local time), as part of her official visit from Saturday to Monday.


-- Temperature measured at Tuong Duong Station in north-central Nghe An Province on Sunday set a national record of 44.2 degrees Celsius, according to the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.

-- Volunteers collected nine large bags of trash following a climbing competition in Da Bia Mountain in south-central Phu Yen Province last week.

-- Rain is expected in several parts across Vietnam on Monday as the weather becomes less sweltering, according to the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.


-- The Vietnam round of the sixth Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) Championship 2023 kicked off in Hanoi on Sunday.
