South Korea's Jeju Air inaugurated the Seoul-Da Lat air route with a touchdown at Lien Khuong Airport in Lam Dong Province, located in Vietnam's Central Highlands, at 3:00 am on Thursday.
The route offers a schedule of seven round-trip flights per week.
Jeju Air's Seoul-Da Lat flight departs at 8:20 pm (South Korea time) and arrives in Da Lat City of Lam Dong Province at 1:30 am (Vietnam time).
Its return trip departs from Da Lat at 2:30 am and lands at Incheon International Airport, adjacent to Seoul, at 7:30 am the same day.

The introduction of the Da Lat-Seoul route expands Jeju Air's operations to a total of seven links between South Korea and Vietnam across six cities, namely Seoul-Da Nang, Seoul-Nha Trang, Seoul-Phu Quoc, Seoul-Hanoi, Seoul-Ho Chi Minh City, and Busan-Da Nang.
For Da Lat, this marks the third direct flight connecting to South Korea, following the opening of Da Lat-Busan and Da Lat-Jeju routes.
According to Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, vice-chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, South Korean tourists currently constitute over 60 percent of international visitors to the Central Highlands province.
The inauguration of the Seoul-Da Lat route is anticipated to bring substantial benefits to both cities, fostering tourism and economic development in each locality.
