-- Vietnam’s State President Truong Tan Sang has been invited to visit Cuba by Cuban leaders to discuss bilateral ties, Special Envoy of Cuban President Alejandro Castro Espin said as he was received by the Vietnamese leader in Hanoi on Tuesday.
