-- Vietnam continually advocates working with parties concerned to build the East Vietnam Sea into an area of peace, stability and cooperation for mutual development, Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said in his speech delivered at the East Asia Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday.

-- U.S. President Barack Obama accepted the invitation to visit Vietnam by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung when they met on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

-- The Department of Communications and Information of the southern province of Dong Nai has levied civil fines on 75 cybercafés and disconnected the Internet service of 19 others for violating the rules on offering online games.
