Imagine Dragons arrives in Vietnam for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City performances

American pop rock band Imagine Dragons arrived in Hanoi on Thursday evening ahead of their performances in the capital and Ho Chi Minh City.

The band’s three members arrived at Noi Bai International Airport in casual attire, smiling and waving to their Vietnamese fans.

The band will perform at the fourth VinFuture Prize in Hanoi on Friday night, before heading to Ho Chi Minh City for the 8WONDER Music Festival on Sunday.

The VinFuture Prize is an annual international award that honors remarkable scientific breakthroughs and promotes innovations for mankind, presented by the VinFuture Foundation.

At 8WONDER, the audience will be treated to a 75-minute performance by Imagine Dragons, as well as several popular Vietnamese singers.

During their set, the 2014-Grammy-winning band will perform timeless hits from throughout their impressive 16-year career, including Believer, Radioactive, Demons, and Thunder.

The band will also debut a new version of Bad Liar, featuring an emotional opening called Poetry Intro, and a special piano rendition of Demons

Fans are also eagerly anticipating a performance of tracks from their latest album, LOOM, which was released last summer.

While the standard setlist for the Loom World Tour includes 19 songs, the 8WONDER performance will include a 20th track, Follow You.

Fans are also hopeful for a collaboration between Imagine Dragons and popular Vietnamese artists during the highly anticipated festival.
