PDSI Group, headquartered in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, expressed its interest to develop a US$2.6-billion service and golf project in Binh Thuan Province, south-central Vietnam during its Wednesday meeting with local officials, including the province’s chairman Do Huu Huy.
Peter Dalkeith Scott, president and CEO of PDSI (Peter Dalkeith Scott International Group), outlined the company’s investment plan for the Binh Thuan PDSI Service Complex and Golf Course, which would span 425 hectares in Thuan Quy Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District.
The large-scale facility would include a golf course, luxury hotels, a retail center, high-end villas, townhouses, apartments, and condominiums.
Operating since 1989, PDSI has a global footprint across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
The group specializes in master planning, design, and management of resort developments and is currently handling projects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East with a combined construction value exceeding $15 billion.
Chairman Huy welcomed the proposal, noting it aligns with the province’s development strategy, particularly in boosting tourism and sports infrastructure.
He urged PDSI to swiftly complete the necessary documentation and pledged full support from provincial departments to facilitate the project’s progress.
