An acting course taught by Hollywood actor Sean Trace is set to kick off in Ho Chi Minh City on Nov 19.

The course focuses on Meisner’s and Ivana Chubbuck’s acting techniques, which Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt, Jim Carrey, Tom Cruise and Sandra Bullock usually apply.

Based on the acting methods of masters such as Stanislavski, Hagen and Meisner,  Chubbuck's technique incorporates psychology and behavioral science to create genuine characters.

Put on by Saigon International Film School (SIFS), the course aims to provide youths who are passionate about acting with cinema skills and improve their English command.

Sean Trace has played roles in well-loved American films and TV dramas such as “Angels & Demons”, “Prison Break”, “Extract” and “Lie to Me”. He’s also established his name in the role of a director in commercials for big corporations.

Those who are 15 years old and above and are interested in acting can take a look at http://sifs.edu.vn for detailed information.
