A video clip created by a Portuguese tourist that accentuates Vietnamese landscapes and people has caused quite a stir on social networks in the past few days.

The three-minute footage, “Beautiful Vietnam,” has drawn 465,000 views, 14,700 likes, and 13,200 shares since it was posted on Portuguese man João Cajuda’s Facebook on Wednesday last week.

With his camera, Cajuda captured and collaged many recordings of Vietnam’s tourist attractions, including Ha Long Bay in northern Quang Ninh Province, Hoi An Ancient Town in central Quang Nam Province, and Trang An in northern Ninh Binh Province, all of which have earned UNESCO recognition as world heritage sites.

The 31-year-old man also highlighted Sa Pa resort town, located in the northern province of Lao Cai, as well as the capital of Hanoi.

The clip also features pastoral highlights and daily scenes which range from people working in terraced fields in the northern region, mountain kids wearing beaming smiles to women carrying their child on their back.

Tourists at the scenic spots were also seen in the clip.

Cajuda, who is eager to explore new places in the world, has also received profuse compliments on his clip on Instagram and Twitter.
