A man used two gun and explosive lookalikes in an attempt to rob a bank in Phuc Tho District, Hanoi on Monday afternoon.

According to the Phuc Tho police, at around 12:00 pm on Monday, a man wearing a uniform jacket of a ride-hailing brand entered the transaction office of BIDV Bank in Gach Town in Phuc Tho with an object that looked like a gun and a mass wrapped with black tape that he claimed to be explosive in his hands.

Whether the gun is real or fake was yet to be determined.
