-- In recent days, intersections in Ho Chi Minh City have seen a number of people performing fire-breathing stunts in the middle of the street, which has raised concerns over safety and traffic disorder. 

-- Police in Tuy Hoa City, located in the south-central province of Phu Yen, said on Wednesday night they were investigating the death of H.T.K.C., 49, after she stepped into a puddle of allegedly electrified water near an iron pylon following a heavy rain earlier the same day.

-- Three elementary school students from the northern province of Dien Bien were found dead from drowning on Wednesday at a section of the Ma River through Muong Luan Commune.
