4-yo child found dead after naptime at kindergarten in north-central Vietnam

4-yo child found dead after naptime at kindergarten in north-central Vietnam

Police in Quang Binh Province, north-central Vietnam, are investigating a case where a 4-year-old boy passed away after naptime at a local kindergarten on Friday.

Pham Thai S., 4, did not wake up when his peers were all awakened at Bac Son Kindergarten in Tuyen Hoa District at around 2:00 pm on the day, according to the People’s Committee of the district.

A teacher then discovered S. had already been dead and rushed him to hospital for some hope, but to no avail.

Local police then conducted an autopsy to find out the cause of S.’s death, according to Pham Thi Thuy, the kindergarten’s principal.

S. lived with with his grandfather in Tuyen Hoa. His parents are working abroad.
