Cold weather is to remain in Vietnam’s northern region on Sunday, with the temperature dropping to nine degrees Celsius in Hanoi and two degrees Celsius in mountainous areas, according to the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.
The northern and north-central regions will have no rain.
Fog will cover some areas in the morning while it will be sunny in the afternoon.
However, the weather will remain frigid.
Meanwhile, the region from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa Provinces was forecast to experience cloudbursts.
In the southern region, it will be warmer with the highest temperature reaching 30 degrees Celsius.
There will be sunshine in daytime and showers at nighttime.
