Rescuers freed a young woman who was found trapped between the walls of two houses in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 10 on Friday morning.
The city’s firefighting and rescue police agency was notified of the incident at around 8:30 am on the same day, said a police officer.
The young woman was stuck in a 35cm-wide space between the walls of two houses along Ngo Quyen Street, after falling from the roof of a four-story house.
The rescuers used a hydraulic crimping tool to break a window on the third floor and pulled her out of the space within 30 minutes.
The victim, named N.T.T.H., suffered minor injuries on the legs and was conscious.
She was taken to a local medical center for a health checkup.
