Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi is the world’s best airport, with an average rating of 6.80/10, according to a survey on business travelers worldwide released by businessfinancing.co.uk.

Businessfinancing.co.uk is a business finance and lending research and information website publisher, allowing small businesses to find independent information about business banking, lending, and credit options in the UK.

The survey shows that 14 of the 20 best international airports for business travelers are in Asia and the Middle East.

With the rebound of travel, airports are bustling again, so many airports worldwide have elevated their services to satisfy air passengers, according to the survey.

Noi Bai International Airport earned the top rating of 6.80 out of 10 from business travelers worldwide.

“This airport has an incredible range of facilities,” reported one verified traveler, “especially the sky view building containing an observation deck and numerous facilities for aviation enthusiasts.

“The terminals are extremely clean and airport staff are very friendly. There are excellent food choices available.”

Noi Bai International Airport consists of a domestic terminal (T1) and an international terminal (T2).

The airport is located in Soc Son District, around 35 kilometers from the heart of the capital city.

The T2 terminal is set to expand its capacity by five million passengers to 15 million each year, local media reported.

After the expansion project is completed in 2026, the airport will be able to handle 30 million passengers a year, according to the Ministry of Transport.

Changi Airport in Singapore came second among the best airports in the world, with a rating of 6.63.

Hong Kong International Airport and Hamad International Airport in Qatar were ranked third and fourth, respectively.

The study also listed the 20 worst international airports for business travelers.

Half of these are in Europe, including six in the UK — all in England. None of the 20 worst airports has an average rating of more than two out of 10.

The worst, Brussels South Charleroi Airport in Belgium, scored an average of just 1.20.

“To find the best and worst ones in the world, we collated all passenger reviews for major international airports from airlinequality.com and calculated the average rating from reviewers categorized as business travelers,” according to businessfinancing.co.uk.
