Many residents and travelers gather on the edge of a cliff in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam to take photos or admire landscapes, boldly disregarding all potential risks.
Over the past few days, hundreds of tourists have gravitated to Luong Son Mountain Pass, which is dozens of meters high on Pham Van Dong Street in Nha Trang.
Due to the substantial traffic flow on the mountain pass, the actions of tourists significantly elevate the risk of accidents.
Some even choose to sit in close proximity to the cliff's edge, permit their children to play in these areas, or cross over barbed-wire fences to capture photos or revel in the scenery, further exacerbating the potential dangers.

Nguyen Ngoc Nguyen, a resident in Nha Trang, said the area has stunning landscapes. He and his friends often come there to sightsee in the afternoon.
Tourists should take caution and should not go close to the edge of the cliff, Nguyen advised.
There have been accidents in the areas along the mountain pass.
Pham Ba Tan, chairman of the administration in Vinh Luong Commune -- where the mountain pass is located -- said visitors often gather in these areas to explore the land and take photos.
Local authorities have yet to ban residents and tourists from visiting the areas. However, the commune has called on them to protect themselves from incidents, Tan noted.
The commune administration has also proposed the Nha Trang government and the Khanh Hoa Department of Transport ensure safety for tourists when they visit Luong Son Mountain Pass.
