Container truck catches fire on bridge in Ho Chi Minh City

A container truck was traveling on Phu My Bridge in District 7 under Ho Chi Minh City when it burst into flames on Thursday morning.
The fire occurred at 6:30 am the same day as the vehicle was heading from Thu Duc City to District 7.

The driver of the truck quickly stopped the vehicle and jumped out seeing that the front end was on fire.
He shouted out for help and tried to extinguish the flames in vain.
The blaze rapidly engulfed and charred the front end of the truck.
A few minutes later, firefighters approached the scene and put out the fire.
Police officers are investigating the cause of the flames.
