According to the 35-year-old driver named N., who resides in Thai Nguyen City of the province, the four women, 18-20 years old, had their clothes wet from swimming.

Fearing they would soil the car’s interior, they opted to sit in the luggage compartment while heading home.

As a result, N. was slapped with an administrative fine of VND4 million and a two-month driver’s license suspension.
