Thang Long Warriors is on a streak of seven consecutive wins at the VBA Premier Bubble Games - Brought to you by NovaWorld Phan Thiet and is the only team to date to have defeated reigning champion Saigon Heat.

In Game 34, despite Nha Trang Dolphins’s elite force being fueled by the return of Nguyen Phu Hoang -- the best Vietnamese player of the VBA 2018, Thang Long Warriors dominated the play and won by 27 points.

Although the victory in Game 34 was only second to Thang Long Warriors’ win over Saigon Heat, the champion of the 2020 VBA, it highlighted the Hanoi-based team’s power, which originates from the foreign duo Bryan Coleman and Tim Guers.

These two players possess a diverse set of skills necessary for scoring, from breaking into the three-point arc, post-ups, to impressive deep-three shots.

In addition, the Warriors had Jordan Young, a perfect replacement for his twin brother Justin Young.

In Game 5, the accountant-turned-basketball player, who had just returned from the U.S., had an impressive performance with 24 points and two assists.

Jordan Young is leading the scoring record of Thang Long Warriors and is only one time away from the current three-pointer shot record.

Besides, the Warriors’ Vietnamese players also made great contributions.

With skills and experience, captain Dang Thai Hung, Nguyen Van Hung, and Truong Hoang Trung can share the burden on the shoulders of the foreign players.

Thanks to the aforementioned players, Thang Long Warriors always has a solution to the flexible transformations of other teams.

For example, in the game against Hanoi Buffaloes, despite being blocked by 2.06m giant Mike Bell, Tim Guers and Bryan Coleman still managed to find ways to coordinate with their teammates to snatch a victory.
