Friday, April 03, 2015, 14:10 GMT+7

Come and join a day of fun with pillow fighting in Ho Chi Minh City this weekend, when hundreds of pillow fighters are expected to show up.

To be held by Wake Up Saigon, the 4th International Pillow Fight Day will kick off at 1:00 pm on April 4 at the east end of 23/9 Park in District 1.

Participants of all ages are advised to arrive at the venue 15 minutes early for preparation.

They are requested to bring soft pillows without zippers, tassels, or metal; swing lightly; avoid hitting people without pillows or carrying cameras; and remove glasses beforehand.

If participants do not have suitable pillows, they can buy them from an independent merchant at the event for VND40,000 (US$2) each.

They will also have the chance to get a 15 percent discount from the Chuck's burger restaurant.

Over 200 people have confirmed on the Facebook page of the 2015 International Pillow Fight Day that they will take part in the event.

In its first year in 2012, the annual event attracted more than 100 foreigners and local people.
