-- Peng Qing Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was received by Vietnam's Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in the northern province of Quang Ninh on Friday, pledging that the Chinese province will do its best to expand cooperation with Vietnamese localities.

-- Vietjet will start flying between the central Vietnamese city of Danang and Seoul (South Korea) on May 31, 2017 in a bid to meet the increasing travel demand of tourists, businessmen and individuals between the two tourism-attraction cities, the low-cost carrier said Friday.
