Car crash kills three, injures two in northern Vietnam

Three people were killed and two others injured after their car crashed into a truck and tipped over in the northern Vietnamese province of Bac Ninh on Monday.
The accident occurred in Trung Chinh Commune of the province’s Luong Tai District at 4:00 pm on Monday, local authorities confirmed later on the same day.
A car carrying five people collided with a truck at that time and overturned.
Two victims were thrown out of their vehicles while the remaining people were trapped inside, according to witnesses.
Functional forces and local people collaborated to take them out of the vehicles.
Two of them died on the spot, one was declared dead after hospitalization, and two others were seriously injured.
The investigation into the case is underway.
