Car shields biker from strong winds in north-central Vietnam

A video of a car driver traveling slowly to shield a person who was walking a bicycle across a bridge amid strong winds in Quang Binh Province, north-central Vietnam has touched many netizens.
The two were traveling on the Nhat Le Bridge when winds were strong.
The man wheeling the bicycle was unable to ride it.
Seeing the man’s situation, the car driver traveling in the same direction drove slowly to help him pass the bridge safely.
The car driver’s act was recorded by the black box of another car behind them.
After the video was uploaded to social media, many netizens hailed the car driver and expected to see more humane acts.
