Vietnamese girl fined for carrying German man back to back on motorbike

Traffic police officers in Ho Chi Minh City have fined a 22 year-old girl for carrying a German man, who wore no helmet and sat back to back with her on a motorbike, while another girl knelt on another motorbike to film the act, police said on Saturday.
A 22 year-old man faced the same fate as he carried the girl who filmed the former couple’s acts.
A video of their acts has made the rounds on TikTok since Thursday last week.

The case happened on the Tran Hung Dao Street section from Calmette Street to Le Loi Street in District 1.
The local traffic police later found that the girl carrying the German man was T.A.T., residing in Binh Thanh District, and the man riding the other motorbike was N.V.L., a resident of District 8.

T. admitted she was the girl in the video and the German man, named Thomas C., had returned to Germany.
L. declared that he carried D.V.M., who recorded videos and took photos of Thomas C..
T. and L. faced a fine of VND400,000-600,000 (US$16.5-24.7) each.
