-- During a discussion on Tuesday, Bui Hoa An, deputy director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, described d the concept of studying a Saigon River parellel road, approximately 80 kilometers in length, to connect the city with the southeastern region. The first section under consideration spans from the Ba Son Bridge to the Binh Trieu Bridge, measuring about four kilometers in length and 30 meters in width, with an estimated total investment of around VND3.5 trillion (US$144.2 million).
