Traffic police in Hanoi and police in Tay Ho District are completing procedures to punish three teenage boys aged 14 to 16 and a 20-year-old man who traveled on two motorbikes to weave in and out of traffic on the Nhat Tan Bridge in the capital city, the municipal traffic police division said on Sunday.
They summoned the four, residing in Hanoi and neighboring Bac Ninh Province for questioning.
At about 12:00 pm on Wednesday last week, the group rode motorbikes across many streets in downtown Hanoi before reaching the Nhat Tan Bridge.
On the bridge, the two riders repeatedly weaved in and out of traffic, posing danger to other commuters.
The Tay Ho District Police seized the two vehicles.
