Ho Chi Minh City to display fireworks to mark Vietnam’s National Day

Ho Chi Minh City will set off fireworks at the Saigon River Tunnel in Thu Duc City and Dam Sen Cultural Park in District 11 to celebrate Vietnam’s National Day on September 2.
These 15-minute shows will begin at 9:00 pm on the day, according to an announcement recently released by the municipal administration.
The High Command of Ho Chi Minh City was assigned to work with relevant agencies in preparation for the upcoming pyrotechnic shows.
The head of the municipal administration asked the agencies to adopt measures to ensure safety before, during, and after the performances.
In celebration of the National Day holiday, public workers nationwide are entitled to four consecutive days off from August 31 to September 3.
