The Trinity Forum 2024, the world’s leading airport commercial revenues conference, will take place in Vietnam’s southern economic hub Ho Chi Minh City on November 5 to 6.
Co-hosted by Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), the event will bring together airports, brands, and concessionaires, alongside their business partners in the travel retail sector, according to the event’s website.
It will draw more than 400 speakers, senior officials, and representatives of more than 80 businesses and organizations engaged in aviation and travel retail from more than 30 countries around the world.
It is expected that major brands such as L'Oréal, Qatar Airways, Mondelēz, Diageo, Nestlé, China Duty Free Group, and Lagardère Travel Retail will discuss their investment plans in aviation and travel retail at the Trinity Forum 2024.
Representatives from major corporations such as IPPG, Fraport Group and Vantage Airport Group will take part in discussion sessions on sustainable development, customer experience improvement, and commercial space optimization.
Particularly, the forum’s second day will focus on the development of Vietnam's aviation and travel retail industries, highlighting brands such as SASCO, Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat and IPP Travel Retail.
Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, chairman of IPPG, emphasized that the event will present a significant opportunity for Vietnam to exchange experiences in developing the tourism and aviation sectors.
The event is not only an international playground in aviation and travel retail but also serves as a platform for Ho Chi Minh City to raise its position on the international tourism and shopping map, he commented.
Founded in 2003 by The Moodie Davitt Report, which is published by MA Travel Retail, The Trinity Forum has flourished over time to become a key annual gathering to help shape and improve airport and travel retail services and revenues.
