The winner of the second season of the Vietnamese version of the Dutch singing reality show “The Voice Kids” will be announced tonight on the show’s final round in Ho Chi Minh City.
The show will be broadcast live on VTV3 at 9:10pm.
“The Voice Kids” finale will include three finalists, Hoang Anh, Tran Kayon Thien Nham, and Thien Nhan.
During the show, each contestant is required to give a solo performance, a duet with his/her coach, and a duet with a special guest.
Thanh Hoa native Nguyen Quang Anh , who won the first version of the show last year, will also return to the stage with a performance to support this year’s finalists.
Since beginning in April, the show has attracted a large number of kids aged from 9 to 15 from across the country, though the first season of the show ended in controversy.
The champion, Quang Anh, was a surprise to people who strongly believed that My Chi, with her folk songs, would win. It later caused a stir on the Internet, as Anh’s supporters and critics expressed their views on the victory.
