A woman in Ho Chi Minh City has borne triplets by natural birth.

L.T.N.T, 35, living in District 7, has given birth to three babies at Ho Chi Minh City University Medical Center, the infirmary said on Wednesday.

She and her infants currently enjoy good health.

One of the children is a boy, and the other two are girls.

All of them weigh practically the same: about 2.3 kilograms.

The woman noticed signs of going into labor after having been pregnant for thirty five weeks.

She was taken to the hospital and was recommended to give birth to her children the natural way, as her health was in adequate condition.

According to doctor Le Thi Kieu Dung, the director of the department of obstetrics, this is the first occurrence of a triplet birth at the medical center.
