Vu Van Ba, one of M.’s neighbors, said he heard an explosion that sounded like a mini propane tank exploding around that time.

There were two other people living in M.’s house in addition to the five mentioned victims, including L., M.’s eldest son, and a child of his, according to Ba.

After receiving a report on the incident, four fire trucks, one command vehicle, and many firefighters swiftly arrived at the scene.
