-- Vietnamese State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese Party and State arrived at Haneda International Airport, Tokyo on Sunday afternoon, for the State funeral of former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe.
