-- A Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Do Hung Viet attended a dialogue on Vietnam’s national report under the United Nations Human Rights Council’s fourth cycle of the Universal Periodic Review mechanism in Geneva on Tuesday.
