Overturned container truck causes traffic congestion at roundabout in downtown Ho Chi Minh City

A container truck unexpectedly overturned at Cong Truong Cong Hoa Roundabout in Ward 2, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, causing severe traffic congestion during rush hour on Friday.
At about 5:50 am, the vehicle was passing through the roundabout when it overturned.
The incident caused no human casualties.

Police immediately arrived at the scene after being informed of the case to regulate traffic.
The vehicle driver was taken to the Ward 2 police station for drug and alcohol tests.

Until 8:20 am, the scene remained chaotic, causing passers-by to move at a snail's pace.
A witness said that the incident produced a loud noise, which alarmed and frightened those nearby on the road.
Local authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
