In 2024, Kien Giang welcomed around 130,000 Chinese visitors and over 25,000 from Thailand.
Notably, from February 14 to 20, Phu Quoc hosted three 5-star cruise ships carrying nearly 9,000 international visitors from Thailand, China, India, Germany, Spain, and more.
