The Ho Chi Minh City International Music Festival 2023 (HOZO 2023) will run from September to December to please dwellers and visitors with numerous music shows and entertainment activities.

The festival, themed ‘Ho Chi Minh City – A City of Love’ and hosted by the municipal Organizing Board of Major Holidays, will span four months and feature performances by dozens of EDM, rock, rap, jazz, pop, and folk music.

HOZO Super Fest – an event within the framework of the festival – will bring both local and international artists to Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street from December 22 to 24.

According to the organizer, the event is aimed at building the city’s unique cultural brand and transforming it into a sought-after destination for domestic and international travelers.

One of the highlights of this year’s fest will be the HOZO Inspired Talents program scheduled for the final weeks of September, October, and November at Lam Son Park in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.

“Over the past few months, many world-renowned singers have traveled to Vietnam to perform, impressing Vietnamese spectators, local artists, and event organizers,” said songwriter Huy Tuan, music director of the third Ho Chi Minh City International Music Festival.

“Vietnam is emerging as a favored destination for international artists, which is seen as a motivation for us to bring various new experiences to guests during HOZO 2023."
