Baekhyun, a member of famed K-pop boy group EXO, will travel to Ho Chi Minh City for his performances on April 6 on his solo Asia tour titled ‘Lonsdaleite.’

Independent label INB100 founded by Baekhyun on Monday announced his Asia tour in 2024, which is scheduled to kick off in Seoul, South Korea in mid-March with a two-night concert

The upcoming Asia tour includes his performances at Military Zone 7 Stadium in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City in April.

The ‘Lonsdaleite’ Asia tour is the renowned EXO member’s first-ever in-person solo tour since his debut in 2012, reported South Korean news outlet Xportsnews.

In 2019, he held the ‘Light’ show in a virtual format due to the impact of COVID-19.

The ‘Lonsdaleite’ tour will make Baekhyun, 32, one of the youngest singers in South Korea to launch a solo concert at the KSPO Dome, a famous indoor arena located within the Olympic Park in Seoul.

Apart from Seoul and Ho Chi Minh City, his planned Asia tour will span Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kobe and Sendai in Japan, Singapore, Manila in the Philippines, Taipei in Taiwan, Indonesia’s Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Bangkok in Thailand.

The male singer is running a series of fan meetings called ‘Snack Party’ to meet with his fans in South Korea and some East Asian nations.

In early January, Baekhyun announced his establishment of record label and entertainment company INB100 and signed a contract with his two close friends, Chen and Xiumin, who are members of EXO.

Earlier in June last year, Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen, who are the members of subgroup EXO-CBX, filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment for 'unjust' long-term exclusive contracts.

After a period of settlement, the artists canceled the lawsuit and moved to the new company, but they are still playing in EXO.

Baekhyun acts as the main vocalist of EXO, and the leader of supergroup SuperM, which consists of seven members of four SM Entertainment boy bands.

EXO debuted in 2012 with 12 members, with a few having parted company over the years. The group now has nine members.
