Close to 400,000 revelers enjoyed a vast array of events and activities of the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024, which took place from Thursday through Sunday last week in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam.
The four-day extravaganza wrapped up on an upbeat note, offering a vibrant ambiance and an enthralling experience through some 30 activities to the participants, said Dinh Van Thieu, vice-chairman of the provincial administration, at the closing ceremony held on Sunday evening in the beach city.

Tourism-related businesses across the coastal province recorded an upsurge in sales, with three- to five-star hotels adjacent to Tran Phu Boulevard, viewed as the most beautiful coastal road in Nha Trang, and those in the city center seeing their room occupancy rates surpass 70 percent.
The success of the festival is expected to promote local tourism in the years to come, the official said.

With the theme ‘Nha Trang Bay - Sparkling Pearl, the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024, the second of its kind, aims to celebrate the beauty of Nha Trang Bay, showcasing its potential and strengths to attract more tourists, domestic and international investors, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the region.
The festival included highlights such as a 200-pavilion fair exhibiting tourism products and local cuisine.
