Hanoi festival features German culture

A festival featuring German culture will be organized at the National Museum of History in Hanoi for two days from November 17.

Titled “Deutschlandfest 2012 - Discover and Experience Germany,” the event, which is in its second year in Vietnam, will include music performances, games and cuisine booths. Visitors will have a chance to get to learn more about Germany’s culture, economy and the country’s modern life.

Entry is free, food and beverages will be on sale.

During the event, organized under the patronage of the German Embassy in Hanoi, German institutions from the fields of politics, culture and science as well as German companies will be taking part beginning at 1pm at the venue at 1 Pham Ngu Lao Street.
