A series of technology events to be organized by an international group will take place in September in Ho Chi Minh City.

With the theme of “Information and Communication Technology for Business,” three consecutive events will be held by the International Data Group (IDG) from September 26 to 28 at the 272 Conference Hall on Vo Thi Sau Street in District 3.

The Vietnam Consumer Digital World Expo 2014 (VCW 2014), to be organized from September 26 to 28, will introduce numerous technology solutions including data analysis, cloud computing, and data centers, which are all expected to help businesses and organizations improve their competitiveness and provide customers with better services.

The ASEAN CIO/CSO Awards, intended to honor Chief Information Officers (CIO) and Chief Security Officers (CSO) working at businesses and social organizations who make great efforts to ensure better security control, will kick off on September 26.

The third event which will run on September 27 is DEMO ASEAN, a seminar expected to boast exchanges between technology experts, investors and more than 40 start-up groups from Southeast Asian countries.
