Russian Culture Days in Vietnam launched

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is organizing the “Culture Days in Viet Nam” in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong.

The event from November 7 to 19 consists of a series of art events including film screenings, music and dance performances, painting and handicraft exhibitions.

Specifically, a Russian Cinematic Week is taking place in Hanoi from November 7 to 12. The event showcases Russian acclaimed movies such as “Mothers”, “Christmas trees”, “Five brides”, “My boyfriend is an angel”, “White tiger”, and “Spy.”

Moreover, a series of music shows performed by 80 Russian artists will be held on November 12 at Hanoi Opera House and on November 13 at the capital city’s Au Co Theater and the National Academy of Music, on November 15 at HCMC Opera House and on November 16 in Binh Duong province.

In addition, precious paintings of Russia’s The State Museum of Oriental Art are now also on show at an exhibition at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum in Hanoi until November 19. Another exhibition featuring “Russian beauties – the country’s soul” will open at the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi from November 11.

Admission for all events is free.
