Ongoing Belgium exhibit shows Vietnam’s etched paintings

An exhibition displaying etched paintings by Vietnamese and Belgian artists is on view at a museum in Verviers City, Belgium until next month.

The exhibit, “The Dialogue of Vietnam-Belgium Etched Paintings,” is running from now to October 19   at the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics (Renier 17 B - 4800 Verviers).

Vietnamese artist Pham Khac Quang will be joining his colleagues Le Huy Tiep, Ngo Anh Co, Nguyen Nghia Phuong, and Phan Hai Bang at the display.

The event also showcases etched paintings by Belgian artists, including Pol Authom, Michel Barzin, Marie-France Bonmariage, Virginie Faivre d’Arcier, Chantal Hardy, Habib Harem, and Martine Monfort.

Working sessions and exchanges among the artists from both countries will also be held.

The exhibit, supported by the Wallonie-Bruxelles International which is an international cooperation agency of the French-speaking community in Belgium, will be organized in Vietnam in April next year.
