Tuan Saker, with his real name being Truong Ngoc Anh Tuan, 38, was detained at a hotel in Sa Pa Town, a famous tourist destination in Lao Cai, on Tuesday for an investigation into the crime of ‘illegal possession of narcotics,’ local police reported.
