4 Vietnamese men arrested after parking truck on expy for gambling

Traffic police during a Friday afternoon patrol detained four men who were caught parking their truck on the emergency lane of the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, located in northern Vietnam, and illegally gambling.
The suspects include trucker P.V.H, aged 39; N.T.C, aged 42; V.H.N; aged 36; and N.H.T, aged 43. They all reside in Hanoi’s Son Tay Town.
These four admitted to the police that they engaged in illegal gambling while in the truck.
The police officers then handed over the four men, the truck, and gambling items to the police agency in Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province, northern Vietnam for further investigation.
