-- Acting State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, law-making National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son have sent congratulatory messages to their counterparts in Laos and Cambodia on the occasion of the Bunpimay Festival of Laos and the Chol Chnam Thmay Festival of Cambodia.
