Ho Chi Minh City restricts vehicles from streets surrounding airport for defense drill today

The Department of Transport in Ho Chi Minh City has issued an announcement saying that it restricts vehicles from entering some streets leading to Tan Son Nhat International Airport from 6:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday to serve a city defense drill.

The streets are Nguyen Van Troi, Phan Dinh Giot, Truong Son, Hong Ha, Bach Dang, Nguyen Kiem, and Dang Van Sam in Tan Binh District and Phu Nhuan District.

Earlier, the Ho Chi Minh City traffic police unit asked for the Department of Transport’s support in circulating traffic in the airport area during the drill.

The Department of Transport called on residents to follow traffic police officers’ instructions.
