Woman saved in suicide attempt in central Vietnam

Rescuers in Da Nang City, central Vietnam managed to save a woman on Saturday afternoon who appeared to be attempting to take her own life while sitting on a local bridge.
Earlier that day, witnesses reported seeing the woman sitting on the Thuan Phuoc Bridge, seemingly prepared to commit suicide.
The fire prevention and control and rescue unit in Son Tra District, Da Nang dispatched six officers to the scene for rescue efforts after being notified of the case.
Many rescuers from the Da Nang Department of Public Security, vehicles, and equipment were also employed.
Police officers save the woman who intended to commit suicide in Da Nang City, central Vietnam.
Local authorities identified the woman as D.T.M.N., a 38-year-old resident of Son Tra District. She is married and has two children.
Rescuers successfully saved her at 1:04 pm.
