On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended his condolences to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, reported the Vietnam News Agency.

-- The 60-kilometer Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project, which is set to link Ho Chi Minh City, neighboring Binh Duong Province and the Central Highlands region, will get off the ground on Saturday, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year.
